Better Health. Greater Dignity. Stronger Communities.
From menstrual equity today to broader health and resource access tomorrow, the Sandra Lindsay Foundation is committed to ensuring dignity and opportunity for all.
WELCOME, AND THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE.
At the Sandra Lindsay Foundation, we believe that compassion, action, and community have the power to change lives. Our foundation was created with a simple but profound mission: to serve, uplift, and create lasting impact for those who need it most.
Every initiative we undertake is guided by empathy and fueled by the belief that meaningful change happens when people come together with purpose. Whether we are responding to urgent needs, investing in education, promoting health and wellness, or supporting underserved communities, our work is rooted in dignity, equity, and hope.
This website is a window into our mission and the people we serve. Here, you’ll learn about our programs, the stories behind our work, and the partners and supporters who make it all possible. We invite you to explore, engage, and join us—whether by volunteering, donating, advocating, or simply sharing our message.
Your presence matters. Together, we can build stronger communities, restore opportunity, and create a future where everyone has the chance to thrive. Thank you for believing in our mission and for being part of this journey.
Dignity for All: Breaking The Cycle of Menstrual Inequity
Launched in March 2025, our flagship program focuses on menstrual equity. By distributing free period products to schools, clinics, and children’s home, we ensure no girl or woman has to miss school, work, or opportunity because of a basic health need.
Health Access & Opportunity (this is our ambition for the future)
We are expanding beyond menstrual health to address broader barriers to care—whether it’s access to preventative screenings, community education, or maternal health resources.
Disaster Relief & Rapid Response
Health challenges don’t wait. Neither do we. From pandemic response to disaster hurricane relief, our Foundation mobilizes quickly to bring resources and dignity to those who need it most.
OUR IMPACT
Since launching in March 2025, we’ve delivered more than 5,000 menstrual products to schools and community partners across Jamaica—restoring dignity and opportunity, one girl at a time.
